Resolutions.

Each year in January I make year long goals for myself, along with the majority of the people in the world. This year, for some reason, I was very anxious to make my list. On New Years Eve I made a list of all the resolutions that I wanted to make for 2009. The list was VERY long; easily the longest New Years Resolution list I have ever made. But this year, I intend on keeping these goals and actually achieving them in due time. I don't want it to be another year where I have the goals for a few weeks, but get tired of it and slowly forget about them. My goals are more "grown up", I guess you could say, and I am excited to stick to them. They are important things that are perfect for me right now. I am not going to list them all, but a few of the main goals include:

-Losing weight. [I don't need to be ridiculous about it and can do it in a slow, healthy way. I plan to exercise a lot and eat healthy. Doing this the right way will make it easier to change my lifestyle rather than lose weight fast and then gain all of it plus 10 more back.]
-Save money/Be more responsible with my money. [Each month I plan on taking money from my account and putting it aside for savings so that this summer I have some money saved for New York.]
-Improve my GPA.
-Drink less Diet Coke and more water!! :(
-Become more active in my ward. [This is important to me, I feel like I have just been going through the motions in my Utah wards, and it's time to step it up.]

These are just a few of my goals, but I think you get the jist of things. It's nothing too exciting, but things that are important to me nonetheless. Anyways, Happy 2009 to everyone!!!
