Slightly Stoopid.

No, not the band, though I do love them. What I mean by the title is that my roommates and I really are slightly stupid. Let me elaborate. After about a month of frozen meals for lunch and dinner, we are trying to switch up our routine and cook a little bit. Brecken told me eggs are good for breakfast if I want to lose weight, but I don't have time in the morning to cook. Sooo I decided to hard boil a few eggs so I can just grab one and go in the morning. Well, first of all I literally didn't know how to boil an egg. I looked it up online and still managed to do something wrong so that it was a total hassle the next morning because they were already cracking and stuff and making a total mess. I struggle. After that attempt, I gave up for the time being.

Last night, Annie came home and decided to make an egg salad sandwich. So she put some eggs in a pot to boil them. And low and behold, she didn't know how to do it either. Luckily Jason was there to help us know what to do, but after he instructed us, Abby and him were gone. So Annie is there boiling these eggs for probably 30 minutes--no joke. She cracked them one at a time. The first one, not even cooked through. TOTALLY GOOEY INSIDE! So she let the other two stay in for longer. About 10 minutes pass and she cracks another one. AGAIN TOTALLY GOOEY INSIDE! So the last one kept boiling for a while and finally she opened it. Yet again, it was not cooked through.

EITHER OUR HOUSE IS COMPLETELY JINXED WITH EGGS OR WE ARE SERIOUSLY RETARDED!!! How hard is it to hard boil an egg?? It's ridic. Anyways, so I saw this thing the other day and thought it was interesting, but didn't think twice about buying it. After these experiences, I am thinking it would be a good investment for us...Click here.
