Report.

It's been exactly 2 months since school got out - for me at least. There are exactly 7 more weeks until Fall semester starts. That is essentially NO time. Well, I feel like this summer has been semi-productive and I wanted to report up on what I've done.

-Got a job & work 20ish hours a week.
-Had TONS of guests come visit.
-Work out with Norm 3 times a week (only missed 2 work outs so far!)
-Increased my running and can now run up to 5 miles.
-Quit drinking Diet Coke (basically).
-Angles Game
-Lots of Shopping
-Two Trips to LA (more to come)
-Lots of planning for the coming year
-Halfway through 2 online classes

It doesn't seem like I've done much, but hopefully I can live up the next 7 weeks - one of which I will be relaxing in beautiful St. Thomas at the Marriott with my amazing family overlooking the ocean. Here is a pic of our hotel. I am so excited.

Aside from that wonderful vacation I'll be taking, I will also be doing the follwing.
-Continue working.
-Clean the garage (I've been putting this off...).
-Prepare for the Arch. Program (Mentally too...haha).
-Get a computer for the program.
-A couple more trips to LA.
-Go through my closet and get rid of stuff I don't need.
-Finish random jobs for Mom and Dad.
-Keep exercising/eating well.

Anyways, this summer is flying by way faster than I thought. I have mixed emotions about it. I wanted it to go fast, but now I feel like I am running out of time! Also, my perspective of wanting summer to go by fast was changed when I realized that I would be starting the program in the fall. I feel like I am so unprepared, but I've talked to people and I guess there is just not much I really can do to prepare myself more except relax and be ready to give it 150% of my effort. People have offered me congratulations, but former Arch students from the U have also offered their condolences and simply said "Get a good mattress to fit under your desk at the school." I guess I really will be pulling all-nighters over there. I'm excited. It's going to be such an adventure. I hope I can make friends with the people in my class. I'm so scared for it all, but I know I will do well. It's what I am supposed to be doing with my life right now - I know it. Anyways, I hope everyone is enjoying summer and really cherishing the time we have to relax and spend with our family and friends.
